Outreach
Outreach is an important pillar of any church, and the people at St Paul United Methodist Church view outreach to the community as a priority. But "Outreach" can mean many things.
Outreach at St Paul often means reaching out to people who need help. The church operates a food pantry stocked by donations. The Outreach program lends support to the Interfaith Ministries of Gulf Breeze. The Outreach committee has held fundraisers for children's orphanages and children's ministries in the area.
But Sometimes Outreach is reaching out to let people in the community hear a message of love through Jesus and the Family of God offered by St Paul United Methodist Church. That happens through organized activities inviting the public as well as extended families of church members, like our Fall Festival geared toward families each year on the evening of October 31st, our annual Ladies Tea in May and our Vacation Bible School each summer.
We believe reaching out to people we may not know to let them see and feel the love of God is our mission, following Jesus' example. It is an exciting mission!
